(Decade)-State: Name of the state as it existed in a specific decade. It tracks the evolution of states over time, including name changes and reorganizations. 2. (Decade)-District: Name of the district as it existed in a specific decade. It Captures district-level administrative units, their splits, carve outs, mergers, and renaming. 3. Decade: Indicates the decade for the data (e.g., 1951, 1961, etc.). Serves as the temporal reference for tracking changes across time. Linkage to Previous Decade: References how a district or state links to its counterpart in the previous decade. Provides continuity and traceability of administrative units over time.
